The very first thing a women notices on a mens outfit.
Also it makes the layer and the base of your outfit
Your pants, dress shirt, accessory,,, everything comes after your shoes

THAT'S WHY SHOES ARE THE MOST ESSENTIAL PART OF YOUR OUTFIT

So, we are gonna go over 5 different types of shoes which are ESSENTIAL for a guy to have,

TOP 5 SHOES EVERY MEN SHOULD OWN

1. Oxford

These little boys are called Oxford shoes.
They are the most formal shoes in the market. You can dress them up with a suit or a dress shirt, pretty much anything formal.

If you are going for an interview or a meeting or any official work, some kind of seminar, if you are a lecturer then you can wear them to your lecturers,wear them to your work place, what i am trying to say is they are very formal and can be worn to any formal occasion. 

But still i don't think they can be pulled with a tuxedo or in some black tie event otherwise they are good to go and qualifies the must have shoe test.

These oxfords are same as the black ones on the, only in brown
shade, the detailing is not a problem but the color makes it a
little bit less formal

These oxfords are with a little bit of detailing
in them which makes it a little bit stylish and
still they hold their formal title

The darker the colors the formal are the shoes, as the shade go lighter the shoes become less formal and more casual. I will post more about the factors which determine the formality of shoes in coming posts.

Now these are also Oxfords with a wingtip and brogue detailing
the detailing makes it less casual then other Oxfords

These are the same like those Black Oxfords
with brogue detailing but in brown shade

The thing about Brogue detailing is that you cannot wear them with a suit and definitely not to a black tie event with a tuxedo. Brogue detailing makes them that much casual that you can easily pull them out with a air of jeans.

This one can make an amazing outfit if put on with dark blue denim
and any casual shirt or specially white casual shirt

2. Monk Straps

 

These bad boys are called Monk Straps, they come in different variations. This is a double Monk Strap. Monk Straps are considered as casual shoes. They can be pulled out with sports jacket or casual suit. They can be amazingly put together with denim jeans combined with casual shirts or t-shirts. They are very stylish, versatile and makes you stand out from the rest.

I personally think that every men should own at least a pair of boots. 

Boots are masculine, shows strength and are also very DOPE.

These are my personal favourite. 

CHELSEA BOOTS

These are the most versatile pair of boots you can search in the market.
They can go with casuals, you can pair it down with jeans and casual shirts.
It can be dressed up with dress shirt and pants, you can also pair them up with a suit, or you can have some fun with them, pairing them with jeans and peacoats.




These are some ways you can rock your Chelsea boots in a fun way with some amazing outfits.
    As i told you these are the most versatile boots you can find.
    You can dress them up with almost every outfit.

Chelsea boots come in different materials like, leather or suede.
Both leather and suede are my go to, honestly suede leather looks more high class than leather but leather Chelseas are also ridiculous.

4. Sneakers

Obviously, i was not gonna forget the sneakers. Sneakers are the most important part of your wardrobe(mine too).

Sneakers are the most casual type of shoes. You can dress them up with every casual outfit, even with t-shirt and shorts. Sneakers look equally dope whether dressed up with shorts or jeans. 

These are your go to shoes.

These are my personal favourite white
sneakers, they look dope
Just a solid navy blue polo paired
with coffee colored chinos.

Whether you are going to the supermarket or you are just taking a walk in the park or you are just going for a coffee or if you are going for a picnic. 

They look casual and cool.

You can dress up white sneakers with
 jeans, joggers, shorts or with chinos like in
this picture.

5. Gym sneakers or Running shoes

Last but not the least

Gym sneakers or Running shoes. 

Obviously everyone needs a gym sneakers. 

WHY?

Because you need to hit the gym. Workout is necessary for all of you guys. Its not a choice, you gotta take care of your body.

When i go to gym i see some people wearing sandals, or flip flops or loafers. I say to myself how are these people comfortable working out in this gear. 

Not just about comfort, its also not safe.

So i would say if you workout, invest some money into a good quality gym sneakers. 

And if you don't workout, invest some money in both, gym membership and gym sneakers.
